SUSTAINABILITY UBER ALLES

Many hear the word "SUSTAINABILITY" and see it as benign - like using recycled products and what not.

It is part and parcel of modern architectural decision-making as well as a foundation in the corporate world. I have no problem with being responsible in not wasting resources or doing things to harm our planet. However, that is not the real goal of this ploy - there is truly something totally sinister in the agenda behind it, and getting the US out of the UN and reforming the EPA to actually be scientific rather than political are both totally essential if we are to avoid being the generation prophesied by John in the Book of Revelation, where there is total control over everyone. That is the real goal here by leftists. and that is when I stopped being sympathetic to them45 years ago. Our President seems to understand this basically, but needs to heed those who are not chicken-hearted and carryout his inclinations in this regard. Hr is under immense pressure, and this is a true iceberg, with far more below the surface than above it.

Here are just a few examples of what the Green People are saying about their utopian eco-cause of “sustainability” - not on the ads or for public consumption, but when talking to their peers and to those behind the scenes:

“Building an environmentally sustainable future requires restricting the global economy, dramatically changing human reproductive behavior, and altering values and lifestyles,” said Worldwatch Institute founder Lester Brown. “Doing this quickly requires nothing short of a revolution.”

“Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class – involving high meat intake, the use of fossil fuels, electrical appliances, home and workplace air conditioning, and suburban housing – are not sustainable,”

Canadian arch-environmentalist Maurice Strong declared.

“Minor shifts in policy, moderate improvements in laws and regulations, rhetoric offered in lieu of genuine change,” former Vice President Al Gore asserted – “these are all forms of appeasement, designed to satisfy the public’s desire to believe that sacrifice, struggle and a wrenching transformation of society will not be necessary.”

Environmental activist Daniel Sitarz agreed, saying: “Agenda 21 proposes an array of actions intended to be implemented by every person on Earth. Effective execution of Agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of all humans, unlike anything the world has ever experienced.”

It's the same old far-Left crowd offering the same old command-and-control solutions: Time to end that messy freedom and prosperity of yours; wiser heads than yours will restructure society for the better.
